Refund and Return Policy

At Ventoz, your satisfaction is our top priority. We meticulously handpick our coffee and handcrafted teas, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. We want you to love every sip, and if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our Commitment to Quality

Due to the perishable nature of our specialty coffee and tea products, and for health and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or consumed items unless they are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

You may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Incorrect Order: If you received a product different from what you ordered. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Unopened Products: In some cases, we may accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase. These returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

Photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (if applicable).

Contact Us: Email us at contact@ventozstudio.com or text us at 321-318-3385 within the specified timeframe.

Provide Details: In your email, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the return/refund.
  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.

Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including whether the item needs to be returned and the appropriate shipping address.

Shipping for Returns

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Ventoz will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
  • Other Returns: If you are returning an unopened, undamaged item for other reasons, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected (for eligible returns), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
    • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

    Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@ventozstudio.com

    Exchanges (If Applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@ventozstudio.com and we will guide you through the process.
